CANCELLATION POLICY
🌺 Deposits are Non-Refundable, TRANSFERABLE ONLY! There will only be ONE rescheduled appointment accepted within 14 days of the prior appointment scheduled. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. After you are required to start the booking process over again, this includes ANOTHER deposit. 🌺 Late arrival: Each appointment is given a 20 min grace period. After this grace period, if applicable, and the stylist is able to WORK you into their schedule, you will be charged a $25 late fee for services with a time allotment of 2hrs, $35 for sevices with a time allotment of 3hrs or more. If the stylist schedule doesn't allow time for work in, and or you are 30 minutes AFTER your scheduled time, your appointment will be CANCELED, and the 100% cancelation fee will be collected. Thereafter, you may start the booking process over. Service Policy as follows: 🌺 Braid appointments must be canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. When booking, please don’t forget to state the hair color desired in the notes or via text message. 🌺 Micro locs/ Micro Blading must be canceled 72 hrs prior (before) scheduled appointment. An in-person consult is mandatory before booking. 🌺 All other appt must be canceled 24hrs prior(before) scheduled appt. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within this time, you ARE responsible for the 100% cancelation fee, and your deposit will be forfeited.
